Corporate Communications Designer

Role: Graphic Designer | Corp. Comms + Social | 2022–Present

At IPG Health, I serve as the go-to designer for the Corporate Communications team, handling all visual needs across internal messaging, executive branding, and company-wide initiatives. From social graphics and digital signage to presentation decks and newsletters, I design with clarity, consistency, and impact in mind.

I work closely with leadership, HR, and PR to translate ideas into polished visuals—whether it's a slide deck for the CEO, on-screen articles for the office, or a social post celebrating a big win. With multiple overlapping requests each week, I’ve learned how to prioritize under pressure without compromising quality.

This role has strengthened my ability to work cross-functionally, keep messaging on-brand, and bring energy and design thinking to internal storytelling.

Social Media

As the lead designer on IPG Health’s Corporate Communications team, I’m responsible for creating the visual content that defines our voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. My work spans a wide range of social campaigns — from celebrating leadership wins and award recognitions (like PM360 Elite 100 and LIA’s Health Network of the Year) to spotlighting internal programs like Bold Beginners and National Mentoring Month.

I design each post with purpose: aligning with brand guidelines while staying agile enough to reflect timely moments and cultural relevance. Whether it’s a leadership quote, a talent spotlight, or a global creative ranking announcement, I ensure the layout, typography, and color treatments are engaging, accessible, and instantly recognizable as part of the IPG Health brand. These assets often support both internal engagement and public recognition, bridging storytelling and strategy through clean, confident design.

Newsletter

The Pulse, IPG Health’s internal newsletter that keeps thousands of employees informed, inspired, and connected across the global network. As the sole designer, I’m responsible for developing the visual layout and supporting graphics for every edition — from headline treatments and featured story visuals to spotlight sections, event highlights, and cultural celebrations.

The Pulse covers everything from company milestones and leadership updates to DEI initiatives and upcoming events. My goal with each issue is to strike the right balance between clarity and creativity — making the content easy to digest while reinforcing IPG Health’s brand tone and visual identity. It’s a key internal touchpoint, and I take pride in creating a cohesive design experience that feels both editorial and engaging.
